Common questions

How do I join?

Memory Pages is invitation-only. Ask the person who runs your collection to invite your email address; after you sign up, they approve you.

Who can see my photos?

Only the members the collection's owner approved, and only the parts they were given. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I get an album printed?

Open the album → Output to choose the printer, then Export. The album's Printing guide explains each printer's steps — for example Jostens' page images or a print-ready PDF.

A photo of my child shouldn't be in a collection

Ask the collection's owner, or email privacy@kstack.app and we'll remove it. You can also report a photo from its menu in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Open your profile (account menu → My profile; on the web, click your name at the top of the page) and choose Delete account. Step-by-step help and what gets deleted: Delete your Memory Pages account.
