Can't sign in?
Email privacy@kstack.app from the address you use for Memory Pages, with the subject "Delete my Memory Pages account". We confirm by replying to that address and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, sign-in methods and notification settings.
- Your membership of every collection.
- Collections you own — unless you first make another member the owner — with all their photos, videos, albums and exports.
- Photos and videos you added to other people's collections, and your comments and messages there.
What is kept, and for how long
- Encrypted backups are kept for up to 90 days; your information disappears from them as they age out.
- Album pages that other people built and still own keep their own layouts, but photos you added are removed from them.
- Records we must keep by law, if any (for example, a record that you asked us to delete your data), are kept only as long as required.
